App

As you may or may not know, I have been working on an App. It has taken ages, but it is finally getting towards the end.

Naturally it is photography related and will assist everyone struggling with their personal Project 365.

This App came about because I tried my own Project 365 and only lasted 37 days, a bit weak, but it is really hard to come up with something everyday.

Here is a screenshot:

This will be the first of a couple of photography related Apps that I plan to release. Each one will be different , but all photography related.

Texture!

There is an abandoned house near where I live. I have taken a few pics of it, but none that I have been happy with.

I got up close and personal with the garage this afternoon and created some simple graphic shots, using the colours and textures of the paint.

Please have a look and let me know what you think.

First shots from lomo LC-A

*Finally* put the new seals and batteries into my Lomo LC-A and took it for a test run in Sydney.

The developing place did really lo-res scans, but here they are. I haven’t done any editing.

Next roll I would like to get cross processed to see how that turns out and then to run some black and white through it, hopefully I’ll be able to develop it myself.

Overall I am happy with the shots, some nice vignetting and saturated colours, everything that I was hoping for AND the camera is super light, compact and easy to use.

Chess (Not the musical!)

After viewing the Ansel Adams exhibition, I was inspired to shoot some black and white.

As I was in Sydney, Yosemite National Park was a little too far away, so I opted for Hyde Park.
